You have the right to return the products you purchased, without any cost and without having to inform us of the reason for which you wish to return the products, within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. (v.2251/1994). In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products.
Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them, meaning they have not been unsealed or their packaging has not been tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice.
Returns are not accepted for products that we order specifically for you.
You are not entitled to withdraw in the cases of article 3ib of law 2251/94 and in any other case provided by law or this agreement according to the law.
Returns are accepted provided that:
- The products are in the same condition as you received them, meaning they have not been unsealed or their packaging has not been tampered with.
- You contacted our online store on the same day or the next working day.
- The product is accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement at info@paganismotors.com. To avoid inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the sold products and the intactness of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, to identify any apparent defects (e.g., broken merchandise, etc.).
If you discover a defect, you must contact our online store immediately after delivery on the same day or the next working day at info@paganismotors.com. If the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Company has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to proceed unilaterally and without any further notice to a total or partial offset of its claim against the customer.
In case of returning the products and depending on the method you chose to pay for your order and the way they will be returned, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products. The refund can be made by crediting your account, which you will notify to the business.
